Comments welcome on draft microFIT Program Rules and contract

On March 22, 2012, the Ministry of Energy announced the results of the FIT Program review. The objective of the review was to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.
The OPA has posted draft microFIT Program Rules and a draft microFIT contract for stakeholders to review and comment on.
To submit feedback on the documents, please use this form to identify what section you are referring to and send it by email to microFITsubmissions@powerauthority.on.ca by April 27, 2012. The final versions of the documents are expected to be available by May 7, 2012.
Comments on the policy direction for the FIT Program were accepted during the FIT review consultation period. The policy recommendations for the revised FIT Program, which have been accepted by the Minister of Energy, are available in the FIT Program Two-Year Review Report.
