microFIT Program update: January 29, 2013

The OPA is continuing to process microFIT applications until the 50 MW procurement target is achieved. The current price schedule remains in effect. Applicants are reminded that their contract price will be the price in effect when their application approval notice is issued.

Version 2 of the microFIT Program launched on July 12, 2012

Welcome to Version 2.0 of the microFIT Program. The microFIT Program is now accepting applications from new applicants. As part of this microFIT application window, the OPA will begin by awarding 50 MW of projects.

The OPA will review all applications that are submitted to ensure they are complete, eligible and contain all required information.
 
If your application is incomplete, it will not be accepted and will be terminated. Please ensure that you regularly monitor your My microFIT Home Page for updates to your application status.
 
You cannot make any changes to your application once it has been submitted to the OPA.  If you have submitted an application and you later determine that there are errors on the application, a required prescribed form or the additional documentation that you have uploaded to your application, you may withdraw your application at any time. You must then submit a new, correct application that will receive a new time-stamp and reference number. Should you wish to withdraw your application, please send an email to microFIT@powerauthority.on.ca with your reference number in the subject line, outlining the details of your request.

As a reminder, if your application was submitted by an applicant representative, it is the responsibility of the representative to provide login information and credentials for each listed applicant. Please contact your representative directly if you have not received the login information required to access your application.
