The OPA intends to review and amend the microFIT Program every two years. The OPA may also amend the program at any time in response to ministerial directions, changes in laws and regulations, significant changes in market conditions or other circumstances.

Future changes or amendments will not affect:

• existing microFIT contracts
• applicants who have received a conditional offer of microFIT contract.
